Michael McCarthy Promoted to CEO of ePartners

[DALLAS, TX — DECEMBER 20, 2007 — ] ePartners® (www.epartnersolutions.com), a leading business and technology consultancy and Microsoft Gold Partner, announced the promotion of Michael McCarthy from President to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective December 21st, 2007.

Current CEO, Howard Diamond will turn the reins over to Michael McCarthy and exit the business.  Diamond came out of early retirement in 2004 as the CEO of E.Y.T. and led the merger of E.Y.T with ePartners. Diamond has since served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of ePartners since August 2005.

McCarthy, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in software solutions and services, joined ePartners as a General Manager in mid-2006 and has been serving as President of ePartners since May 2007. McCarthy has worked directly with Diamond in preparation for his exit and will now expand his leadership role with the company.

Prior to joining ePartners, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Presstek, Inc., a $280 million technology company, and also served as Executive Vice President, Reengineering Officer at Level 3 Communications’ Software Spectrum Business Unit. Previously, McCarthy spent five years in various senior management roles at Corporate Software Inc., a $1.2 billion global software reseller and software management company. He was President, North America and Asia Pacific Region when Corporate Software was bought by Level 3 Communications.
