(Dallas, TX –January 28, 2004)-- ePartners®—the world’s largest Microsoft Business Solutions provider and information technology consultant with eighteen offices in North America—announced today the opening of an office in London, England. The office was established as part of an initiative to further develop ePartners global service delivery capabilities to serve a large number of ePartners’ existing clients in the UK and European Union, as well as accelerate ePartners’ initiatives with Microsoft CRM and Axapta.

ePartners currently has a significant customer base in the UK. Their clients include companies in various industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Professional Services and Financial Services. ePartners targets companies with annual revenues between $30 and $500 million that could benefit from their expertise in deploying technology solutions to support Finance, Logistics and Warehouse Management, Manufacturing Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management.

“We are extremely happy that ePartners will now have a European presence,” says Don Cummings, Director, Scientific Drilling International. “They have served us exceptionally well in the past and we are looking forward to having them here in our home market.”

“I am pleased to be directing ePartners’ investment to establish an operating company in the UK market,” said Alan Hopp, SVP of Global Accounts and Director, ePartners UK Limited. “Opening the London office will allow ePartners to meet our clients’ requirements as they evaluate and deploy today’s leading Microsoft based technology solutions. Our London office also will serve as the headquarters for ePartners’ international operations.”

“There are an increasing number of clients that are looking for assistance as they deploy Microsoft CRM and Axapta in the UK and other European markets,” says Dan Duffy, CEO of ePartners. “Our success and experience in deploying these solutions in the North American market is simply too great not to pursue an investment to support the needs of our current and prospective clients. We look forward to being part of the resurgent European market opportunity with a firm commitment to local client service delivery excellence.”
